Nova Bar is a U.S.-built disposable vape sold through authorized partners. This page sets out the compliance posture that governs every device on the line — from manufacturing standards to retail sale.
Federal compliance
Nova Bar products contain nicotine and are regulated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. Manufacturing, formulation, and labeling are conducted in accordance with applicable FDA tobacco product regulations.
Sale of Nova Bar products is restricted to consumers 21 years of age or older, in accordance with the federal Tobacco 21 law.
Manufacturer & operator
Nova Bar is operated by Sanryn Systems, LLC, a registered U.S. business located at 1968 S. Coast Hwy #1437, Laguna Beach, CA 92651 (EIN 39-5046674). All devices are assembled, calibrated, and packed at our Laguna Beach, California facility — not white-labeled, not relabeled.
Authorized retail partners
Nova Bar is sold only through authorized U.S. wholesale and retail partners who:
- Verify purchaser age (21+) at point of sale, using a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of nicotine products.
- Operate physical retail premises in jurisdictions where the sale of disposable vape products is legal.
- Are bound by the Nova Bar wholesale agreement, including documentation, signage, and age-gate requirements.
Documentation
Every authorized partner receives a complete documentation pack covering product formulation, manufacturing origin, age-restriction posture, and U.S.-only sale jurisdiction. The pack ships with the first order and updates with every production batch.
State restrictions
The sale of disposable vape products is restricted or prohibited in certain U.S. states and municipalities. Nova Bar does not ship to jurisdictions where the sale of flavored or disposable nicotine products is unlawful. Where state law sets a more restrictive standard than federal law, the state standard applies.
