The Site presents products containing nicotine, which are not for use by individuals under 21, by pregnant or nursing women, or by persons with health conditions affected by nicotine.

Product specifications, flavors, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to present accurate product information, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Nova Bar products are sold “as is” except where expressly warranted in our warranty terms.
Health claims
Nova Bar makes no claim that its products are a smoking cessation aid or a tobacco harm reduction product. Nova Bar products contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical. They are not approved by the FDA for therapeutic use.
Warranty
Nova Bar devices are warranted against manufacturing defects for thirty (30) days from date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized retailer. Submit a warranty claim through our Contact page. We may require proof of purchase and photos or video demonstrating the defect.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanryn Systems, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Nova Bar products.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanryn Systems, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
